I am a starbucks lover too; I can’t go without it! And about the me time, I feel very selfish now because I have to have it once every week or two. Even if it’s just going to my bedroom alone with some red wine and chocolate. Works wonders!

Stephen happily offered me some “me time” tonight. It was a 30 minutes trip to Wal-Mart by myself, but gosh it was refreshing
And my sis brought me a very large Starbucks Cinnamon Dulce Latte, extra refreshing.

I am so thankful for time to myself and for a husband who wants me to have that time to myself. I am a member of MOMS Club and we have Mom’s Night Out once a month. I also have a girl’s night out with some friends about once a month. In the summer I go dancing with a group of girls every Tuesday night. It is so much fun. I love my hubby.

I couldn’t agree with you more…..about the coffee….the gold coast…the time away……although, i need the sugar!
I am actually sitting here in disbelief that this is the first time since may that you have been away alone!
I used to feel bad about it too until I realized that the time to myself made me a better wife and mom! I need that time to think and refocus, and sometimes to just be quiet…it refreshes me so much. Sometimes, that time alone is simply a trip to the store alone and that is a treat too!
But the times when I get to purpose to be alone and treat myself like your time at Starbucks are truly special and needed!
By the way- I am totally impressed that you drove on the snowy, icy roads to get it and then sat outside!! You must have REALLY needed it this time! HA!
